Iyengar yoga allows students with different areas of stiffness or old injury to use props to help develop correct movements and improve alignment.
Anne Lynn has been practising Iyengar yoga since 1978. She trained to teach after having her children, and qualified in 2003 to teach the Introductory syllabus. Since then she studied Anatomy and Physiology and taken more yoga qualifications to Level 2.
